Go back home for LEBARAN

Going home is a tradition for Indonesian people during the Idul Fitri holidays. From year to year, always had been until now, always back and forth repeatedly. This year the feast of Idul Fitri falls on 10 and 11 September 2010. That was the day Friday and Saturday. Because Sunday is a holiday then the holiday to three days.

Events home town has become a major event for the Indonesian nation whose majority is Muslim.
All activities should be focused on the activities of this village home. With the movement of people from one place to another then the field of transport became the most busy areas.
Already more than a month sold-out train tickets to various destinations. Especially in big cities. So also a special night bus and air transport.
For short distances of about 100 to 300 kilometers a lot of people use motorcycles. Hundreds or even thousands of two-wheeled vehicle meets all of the existing highway.
Though the country has prepared for traffic jams are not in many ways. Expanded road width, road quality improved. Traffic police deployed to guard the places suspected to be jammed.
Many crowds everywhere. In shopping malls, in stores, all the shopping for souvenirs when bringing home town. To celebrate Idul Fitri.
Mass media, especially television, on all television channels, travel conditions of people who preach this village home.
With increasingly dense traffic lane, it is definitely the number of traffic accidents increases.
Victims who die or are seriously injured rose.Hospitals on alert 24 hours a day in anticipation of the victims.
For the lower classes of society, the event may return home to show the richness of work while working in a big city. A construction worker, for example, back home using a motorcycle with his wife and one or two children. On a motorbike was also tied to the box of new clothes and cakes in tins or biscuit. Once the full bike. And that's very dangerous to himself. But, to return home, they want to do it.
Motorcycles today, in large cities, the number has not controlled. That's because a motorbike sales system policy. Sales in installments done easily.Without an advance payment of one can bring home a new motorcycle. They pay the debt each month for one to three years until fully repaid. Price of a motorcycle, on average, is 16 million rupiahs.
Unfortunately, the number and area of road is not added. Then the congestion arising everywhere.People into consumptive lifestyles. Did not have a motorcycle means sad. All must have. Paid or owed. This is all waste. The wrong lifestyle.

About food prices

By the day of Idul Fitri food prices such as rice, beef, chicken, eggs, herbs and vegetables rose from 10 to 30 percent of normal days.
On the feast of all people want to eat tasty. Many guests are coming, to congratulate Lebaran holiday, apologized for any mistakes, and followed by supper together.
Ketupat favorite foods are made from rice wrapped in coconut leaves and steamed, and chicken soup opor. With the increasing demand of the economic law of supply then the price rises.
But this all has become a tradition. Every year stay with the same thing happen again.
In conclusion Lebaran holiday is a time to wear new clothes and eat good food that good after driving away from the city where the work to my hometown where born. Although, after that, saving up the money supply does not remain, even at times to minus in the form of debt.
